The Darlings team are carefully selected before they work in your home.
We take recruitment very seriously at Domestic Darlings and all of our team have been through a thorough recruitment process to ensure they are committed to working to our high standards.
We select our housekeepers from the local area and they come from a variety of backgrounds. Many have children at school so want to work around school hours and do a job they can take pride in! Many have previous experience in cleaning in schools or hospitals and they enjoy cleaning!
We recruit our team members in a variety of ways. One of the best ways of finding quality housekeepers is a recommendation from a current Darling.
Potential housekeepers then go through a rigorous selection process.
Firstly we interview the candidates in their own homes so we can assess their standards.
We then carry out a second interview and a competence test.
We obtain two references for our candidates before they can start working for us.
We provide full training to all new recruits which covers cleaning, customer service, security and health and safety.
Once we start working for you we carry out regular inspections and seek your feedback!
