How We Work

From the moment you contact us we offer an excellent service!

Domestic Darlings are dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning, laundry and ironing services
tailored to meet your individual requirements!

Once you call we will arrange a suitable time to visit your home – the same day if you require! We will
then have a friendly discussion to understand your exact requirements.

We can use your preferred cleaning products and equipment or, for an additional charge, we can
provide them for you. We use special eco-friendly products that smell beautiful and bring samples to
the initial consultation for your consideration.

So what's next?

We send you a quotation on the same day! – with a list of all the jobs you want done and the
frequency!

We then arrange either a regular cleaning date and time or schedule your one-off service. We collect
a key or make other access arrangements - and then we start.

You can book us for any of our services regularly or as a one-off – we are very flexible. We will work at
the weekends, which is great for pre- and post-parties, special occasions or if you are moving home.
